- Know their habits
Some kids are early birds, some are owls. If you notice that your child needs more time to wake up in the mornings, try incorporating that into your family morning routine.
- Getting enough sleep
Toddlers need much more sleep than adults. If you notice that your little cutie has been sleeping less than 10 hours, you may want to make bedtime a bit earlier the night before.
- Exercise patience
It’s hard to deal with a reluctant toddler, but it’ll be even harder if you let your frustrations get to you. Yelling and forcing your child to wake up isn’t going to help. So be as patient as possible.
You don’t have to be Beyonce. Singing to your child awake is just as sweet as singing them to sleep. It also creates a deeper bond between the two of you.
